We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

Zimagic uses a credit system.

• Credits are consumed when generation tasks are processed under current billing rules
• Prices and rules may vary by model, duration, resolution, and feature settings
• Purchased credits or plans are generally non-refundable unless required by law
• We may update pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Zimagic for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity, including:

• Fraud, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access attempts
• Infringing third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Generating content that violates applicable law

6. User Content and Rights

You retain rights to content you lawfully upload or create, subject to third-party model/provider terms.

You grant Zimagic a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service.

7. Third-Party Providers

Zimagic may rely on third-party model or infrastructure providers (for example, model APIs, cloud storage, and payment processors). Availability, latency, and output quality may be affected by those services.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or capacity limits may affect availability.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zimagic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal requirements, or security risk.
